Leading from fear is your comfort zone, they are partners in crime both trying to always keep you safe. What is the comfort zone exactly? I like to describe it as a bubble, a place of familiarity, places you know and will only go too, you'll always order the same meal because you know it's good, instead of going out you'll more likely stay in and watch Netflix instead. Now I love a Netflix night like anyone else but not every single evening or weekend, you end up watching characters lives rather than creating your own movie of a life. In your comfort zone you'll more than likely have control over everything and less anxiety, however it will stop you from trying new foods or exciting experiences! I know many people who have lived in the same area in the same home their whole life and never branched out in the world. It can end up feeling like you're living the same day, over and over again. So challenge yourself, next time order something different, start thinking about where you want to live? Walking the same walk everyday? choose a different path! Slowly you can build confidence in getting out of your comfort zone and into living a life of new joys and excitements. And who knows you might find something new you'll absolutely love.
